Get Involved

Tam TV is 100% volunteer-run. A team parent typically serves as the Tam TV coordinator and helps recruit livestream crews. Tam Boosters trains all volunteers and provides equipment. Broadcasting a game requires at least 2 people, but 3-4 is ideal.

Livestream roles:

Producer - The producer manages the setup and breakdown of the AV equipment. During the game they run the laptop, which means starting/stopping the broadcast, running replays and the on-screen scoreboard and interacting with viewers on the Tam TV chat.
Commentator - The commentators add a human touch to the broadcast. Play-by-play, color commentary, court-side interviews or all of the above. Do it once and you’ll be hooked!
Camera - The camera operator captures the action, panning and zooming to give viewers a seat on the sideline.
